The Skin creates Sebum, which is oil secreted naturally in the hair follicles. It gets in to the pores, where it provides lubrication & protection for the skin. Occasionally, much sebum is trapped in the hair follicle. A blackhead or a whitehead results from a clogged pore. These pores permit the overgrowth of Propionibacterium, which causes the surrounding skin to form acne, this occurs when these bacteria inflame the hair follicle. This is the time to start acne treatment.
Before they discuss the proper treatment for acne, they need to study how acne is created in the first place, so that they stop it before it's a chance to start.
A diet rich in seeds, nuts, fresh fruits & vegetables can help control acne. Drink water every day because, dehydrated skin can shed dead cells causing clogged pores. Most cosmetics contain chemicals that can aggravate acne. Use products that won't cause blackheads. Avoid stress, which lowers the hormones, which can increase the hormone level. Some milk products, red meat & fried foods may exaggerate acne. Tanning excessively & use of sun tan products can lead to blocked pores.
* Never squeeze or touch the acne pustules in any way. This can worsen the inflammatory process.
Listed below are some guidelines recommended by The American Academy of Dermatology to help you treat acne:
* Gently wash your face three times daily with a mild soap or three that contains sulfur. Gently, pat skin dry.
* Do not use oil- based products.
* Give acne products time to clear up the lesions. This can mean several weeks or even months.
* Fried foods & even grease in the air often in take-out restaurants can irritate acne.
* Some acne products increase the skin's sensitivity to light. Wear a hat with a brim while in the sun & use sunscreen. Avoid tanning booths while using these products.
Treatment for Acne- Acne Cleansers
Acne Cleansers act as the first line of defense in the treatment for acne. They remove dirt & dead cells from the the skin, control oil accumulation, & remove beauty products such as make-up. There's a variety of skin cleansers, always use milder cleansers as a substitute for bathing soap. Most of the cleansers, a number of which are shown below, are medicated & are excellent for various acne treatments.

4. St. Ives Foaming Facial cleanser:
This product is entirely soap free & includes tea tree oil combined with chamomile extract to balance moisture, without drying the skin. This cleanser is excellent for removing facial make-up, oil & dirt.
5. Fira Foaming Tea Tree Facial Cleanser:
Tea tree oil has natural ingredients for controlling skin problems & bacteria. The penetrating action of the foam deep cleanses the skin, leaving it fresh & refreshed, with a better tone.
