Psoriasis treatments

Psoriasis is a skin condition that is constant and never ending. Can red spots on skin covered with white scales are recognized. People with psoriasis usually have this red scaling looking rash on various body parts including the genitals, ears, elbows, knees, bell, bottom, and leather scalp.

Food can also be modified to help with psoriasis. Including these items in your diet, such as zinc, garlic, ginseng, and enzymes, fish oil, evening primrose oil and shark cartilage have all been used in psoriasis patients. It is best to talk to your doctor before changing your diet or adding supplements to your diet to follow.
